Usually I pick up a book or manga and read for a bit. Sometimes I binge anime or a cooking show. The best thing is to move around my house so that I don't feel like a prisoner at my desk.

Just do it! weather it takes you a couple days, a month, or years, just do it! It's stressful and not the easiest thing but it is so worth all the hard work I have put into it.
