Hi,
I'm not therian, no. I used therian in the book because it's the term used in European folklore for the ability to shapeshift into animals, specifically mammals. Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for you for other therian-esque books.
I'm not sure if this is what you're after but some books with shapeshifting characters, I highly recommend are:
Raven Kennedy's Pack of Misfits series.
Ivy Asher's Shadowed Wings series.
Sedona Ashe's But Did You Die? series.
J, Kearston's Thrown to the Wolves series.
