Humble Pics David Allen’s GTD system is a masterpiece for capturing and organizing tasks. Its core truth—getting ideas out of your head and onto paper so you achieve a 'mind like water'—is absolutely timeless. You still need that clarity today.

However, its fatal flaw in the Post-AI era is what you do after you organize those tasks. GTD was designed to make human beings perfect administrators of manual execution. If you apply that framework rigidly today, you will spend your time flawlessly organizing and scheduling tasks that an AI agent could execute in seconds.

You end up becoming highly efficient at becoming obsolete.

The new mental model for productivity isn't 'how do I perfectly organize this task so I can do it later?' The modern question is: 'How do I automate, delegate to an AI, or eliminate this task entirely so I can focus purely on strategy?' My new book breaks down exactly how to make that shift.
Humble Pics It really came down to two major realizations about how the world is changing.

First, I have always believed that the core, life-changing truths of most 300-page bestsellers can actually be distilled into just a few pages. Readers don't need the repetitive fluff; they need the pure mental model. I wanted to build a dense, high-signal handbook that respects the reader's time.

Second, and more importantly, the Post-AI world has fundamentally broken the old rules of productivity. Traditional self-help and business advice tells you how to hyper-optimize trivial, manual tasks so you can do them faster yourself. Today, doing those trivial tasks yourself isn't 'efficient'—it is a fatal flaw. AI should be handling the execution, while you focus on high-level strategy and decision-making. I wrote this book to separate the timeless wisdom we still need from the outdated advice that will actively get you replaced.
