Sandi Sadako Being God's "Ghostwriter" alleviated the typical writer's angst of, "I don't have anything important to say," "What if nobody reads my book?" "I don't know what to write." I enjoyed the writing process because I got to partner with God in co-creating the message He wanted to birth through me.
Sandi Sadako I told me online small group, "I just want to talk about the more of God." The facilitator of our group said, "Your face lit up when you started talking!"
This was in that transition period between shutting down my Workshops to Homeschool Moms and entering into a writing season, crafting "Journey Into More: God's Invitation." What do you find yourself talking about lately that lights you up?
Sandi Sadako I do things to stoke my creativity like play guitar or keyboard, paint with watercolors, get in nature. If my life feels too busy to write, I simplify my schedule to allow time for the creative part of me.
Sandi Sadako Sometimes indecision over what our first book is supposed to be about will stall our writing. Here are some clues as to which to write first:
-what topic does your heart resonate with right now?
-what do you find yourself talking about with trusted friends?
For those who have a relationship with Jesus, ask Him what He thinks about it.
Knowing which book is first helped me to write consistently.
