I've been writing for as long as I can remember. I adore wrapping myself up in another world, developing characters and their interactions and relationships. Writing is an escape.

Make time to write. Whether that's ten minutes between doing other things or hours during the day. You definitely get out what you put in.

Usually I will take some time out to focus on something else, a little break often helps. Alternatively I sometimes just sit down and free write, just whatever comes into my head. I've actually come up with some good scenes that way.
