My current book is the second short novel in my series. The Bet was the first novel of my Aryanna Pratt Dillon Series and I am about half way done with the second book in this series. I am aiming to publish this second work in January of 2023

I have to sit down with a nice cup of coffee and brainstorm out my ideas before I start writing. Someday's I don't feel like writing and that's ok I don't have to write everyday. I have to take breaks to avoid burnout. But I do try to get some ideas down on the page everyday. I aim to have a quiet place and quiet time to focus on my work.

I was writing down different book ideas for murder mysteries and I just had to brainstorm good plot points and I came up with my current book along with four other books to add to my series.

Just start writing and keep going even if it feels hard. Writing a novel can be a challenge especially when it comes to the editing and designing your cover but you just to have to keep going. All the late nights and long hours of writing will be worth it.

Having the freedom to work on my own schedule. I enjoy being my own boss and working on my own time. I have a husband and three children so having the freedom to write my stories when i have the free time is amazing. I also truly enjoy writing books that individuals enjoy reading.

I have to step away from my book for a moment when i have writer's block. I know that when I come back to it I will have the juices flowing in order to continue. If not then I have to take a break for a day or two then come back to my writing.
