Dito, this is Kevin Smith - we met at Dragon steel this last fall(2025) in Salt Lake City Utah. My question is when is your next book in this series coming out? I just finished Thugwalloop and now am left wondering what happens next. Please give me a time line to look forward to, Thanks KJS
Dito Abbott Hi Kevin! Good to hear from you. I'm glad you are enjoying the series! I am currently finishing up the first draft of Book 3, aiming for a June 2026 launch date (in time for a couple of live events in the USA). Thanks for asking!

Mr. Abbott after you finish writing the Terravenum Chronicles novel trilogy have you ever thought about a book about your favorite holiday?
Dito Abbott I hadn't considered that before, though it's an interesting idea. If I were going to, I'd likely invent my own holiday. Probably something that involved putting baby socks on my ears and doing cartwheels, so my kids would celebrate, too.

Mr. Abbott do the monsters that inhabit the Terravenum realm celebrate their own fictionalized holidays that you made up?
Dito Abbott Nearly all inhabitants of Terravenum celebrate universal holidays like Brittlespark Day because they appreciate a good barbecue. Regional holidays depend on individual culture. Scatterlings celebrate different holidays from Sauracians or Cragg Trolls. Brittlespark Day is one of the big ones, though, since almost everyone uses Hack Tech.

I'm in the USA right now, preparing to sell Thugwallop at three live events this month. The physical copies will be packaged and include reliced maps, the same way Debunked is (on website or at live events).
