In my life, there isn't such a thing. Each author has their own formula for what could be considered 'writer's block.' For me, it's usually because I am not excited about what I am writing. Which then lends to the question, "Should I be writing anything that I'm not excited about?"
The other block is more 'writer's distraction.' This is constantly checking all the 'authorly things' in a semi-obsessive way. You can help! Give me reviews, likes, ask questions, post comments etc. Then I can get the dopamine I need and get back to writing!
