I got my inspiration for Paté, Paste and Patience from my own life. My book follows the life of Camille and best friend Sarah, two ‘olders’ living life, having fun, but also getting caught up occasionally in the scourges of ableism and ageism, two things that haunt most of us as we approach later years. Their sense of humor keeps the book playful and fun.
