It's taken me a little while to learn how to be ok with not being able to write on demand and put my faith in inspiration coming when it comes but that seems to be the only way to deal with it.
I find I'm blocked much less when I'm regularly stretching, doing breathing exercises and meditating.

I don't have any control over that. Inspiration comes when and where it likes, it doesn't care if I'm busy or sleeping or working. I don't ask questions, I just try to write it all down before I get swept away in the flood of ideas.

That I get to work from anywhere in the world. Typically with a coffee and my kitten fast asleep on my lap. A huge part of the love of writing for me is the freedom of it. The freedom in life that it allows me and the freedom to write any character that asks to be written. The possibilities are endless and that excites me. I most likely won't be able to write every story in my head in my lifetime but I will certainly try.

I've grew up with all the Greek, Egyptian and Roman myths and legends tales and being Greek myself, I always felt connected to this particular content. I think it's been growing within my imagination since I was quite young.
