Getting inspired to write is rarely a problem. Finding the time to is much harder. Most every day someone will ask a question or make a statement that piques my interest and I want to add to that conversation. I will take a brief note on my phone and save it for later. There comes a point every so often when the notes on the phone start to become redundant. The same question, the same conversation, the same remark, show up over and over. This is when the impulse to write about it overcomes the inability to make time for it. A post-midnight session, madly writing away, is usually what finally sets my mind at ease. Whether it becomes a blog post, a book chapter, a quick post or all of the above depends on the topic. More often than not it is all of the above.

Having answered hundreds of questions on forums regarding starting a business, I kept seeing an array of the same questions coming up over and over again. Seeing how a simple, correct and honest answer would change people's outlook was inspiring. I felt almost compelled to write it. Now we will see if anyone will actually read it ;-)
