I step away from the computer for a day or more and ask my mind to do some work in the background while I carry on with life's 'stuff'. I find my mind will keep going, solving plot isses or finding a reason to start typing again. And then when I figure I've stayed out of my mind's way long enough, I make myself sit down and just start writing, all judgement suspended.
