Obsessive thoughts were plaguing me at the time I wrote Perfectly Reasonable. I had recently turned forty and maybe this was the start of my midlife crisis?! I wanted to write about a character who wasn't afraid to act on her impulses and explore what would happen when she allowed her obsession become her reality. I safely watched from the sidelines and saw her crumble. This helped rid me of my obsessive thoughts...until I moved onto my next midlife crisis!
