Keep writing. I've wrote some horrible stuff, but that horrible stuff later inspired some great thoughts. In my opinion, more content is better than no content, no matter the quality. You can always cut stuff out, but it's hard to add things in when it is forced.

Providing value and entertainment to people. Knowing that the words in my books could inspire, help, or brighten a person's day really makes it all worth it.

Keep writing. Don't edit or judge your work too early. I wrote nearly 55K words for this book, and then when I felt I was done I self-edited and scrapped about 20K words. But I never stopped writing and replaced that 20K with another 30K that I felt added a lot to the book. But I never stopped writing.

It sounded like a brag-fest and didn't have the value I wanted the reader to walk away with. So, I thought long and hard about what the reader could take away, and that how I came up with the "leadership algorithm" concept of EFFORT + PROCESS = PROGRESS.
