Mostly a good romantic movie or TV show with a romantic subplot. Something about seeing it front of me gives me better inspiration than reading about it. I think I'm much more a visual person, so watching a romance (preferably slow burn) will often inspire a new story to spark inside my head.

The best solution is literally walking away from the project. Go for walk, make a coffee, do a puzzle, call a friend I need to catch up with. Anything that has nothing to do with what I should be writing. Time away and distractions can be just what the doctor ordered.
