I have the opposite problem. I have too many book ideas floating around in my brain. The challenge for me is to settle on one and finish it before I move on to the next one.

Read! Read good books. Read books in the genre you're interested in writing for. Read some instructional books about writing and publishing, but don't get too hung up on them. Then dive right in! Write your heart out.
