Kirkyard Moon enters into the brutal witchcraft allegations of many people (mostly women) in Scotland, and yet so many people have no idea of how devastating those years were. Has Kirkyard Moon inspired you to do more research into this subject, or maybe even music by The Clash?
Rhys Shaw I'll always look deeper into The Clash. With regards to Scotland and the trauma caused by the witchcraft allegations, there is much to learn from listening to the Witches of Scotland podcast, and also by reading How To Kill A Witch: A Guide To The Patriarchy by Claire Mitchell and Zoe Venditozzi.

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
Rhys Shaw I am ready to dive into anything by Elif Shafak and Mary Sharratt I've yet to read.
In between, I fill my reading time with multiple works and genres by indie authors. So many and most enjoyable. There are a lot of talented writers who will never make the best seller list, but they write incredible stories.
