Thank you for asking Stephen! My first book, (Coffee Cups & Wine Glasses) I just started writing a journal of the unbelievable things that happened to me. Then friends said I had to write a book. I did, and received so many wonderful responses about how the book inspired and helped people. Some readers wrote their own story about laughing and crying (at the same time) in public while reading the book. It is being prepped for a humor film.
That wonderful feedback prompted me to write the short-read (10 Steps to Get Over Dick Head) as a humorous self-help guide.
I've almost finished my third book about prisons, the war on drugs, and the horrors of being incarcerated. It has already been sent to a screen-writer and a lobbyist wants to use what I've learned from writing this book for prison reform. It's dark, and I don't enjoy writing that genre, but it's pretty powerful.
Next I'm back my funny novel - I was writing it before the prison book (no name for either yet).

I published my second book in February 2023, and am working on a Bullet Journal, and a Children's Christmas Book Series. Dang, children's books are hard to write. It involves letting go of adult thinking & falling back into the free and frivolous world of child-thinkin'. That is so inspiring!
