I'm currently working on my second poetry collection that's darker and inspired by Greek folklore. It also focuses more on mental health awareness around anxiety, different types of OCD, and depression.
I'm also writing a batch of new short stories that are Greek at their core. I'm always submitting others to small presses and magazines of fiction, so hopefully, I'll come back with news of my fiction getting published soon.

"Dried Daisies Sprouting from my Desk" is a coming-of-age poetry collection written during the pandemic. It's celebrating the transformative power of questioning what you always thought of as a standard. It's inspired by my personal experiences and starts with a persona too tied in with her family to a persona too absorbed with her anxiety and depression. In the process, the persona finds love and the meaning of humility by interacting with nature. It's honest, raw, and very intimate.
