My advice is to write whenever you can. It doesn't matter if it is one sentence a day but sit down and do it. Accountability partners also help when motivation is difficult.

When a family tragedy struck, we spoke to experts ad told our story. So many told us our story was unique and impactful. We decided to put it all down with the goal of helping other families when dealing with a tragedy.
