My son and I took on the Iron Butt Challenge to ride our motorcycles to all 48 of the contiguous U.S. states within just ten days on the road. We had hundreds of followers on Facebook from around the world and, after reading of our adventures, setbacks, and escapes, many followers asked that this journey be recorded in a book. Using the account of that amazing trip as a framework, I then told that story while incorporating intriguing stories from three generations of Stephenson family riders. The resulting story tells of generational bonds formed and of insights gained as fathers, sons, and daughters discover the world from the saddle of a motorcycle.
