Steven Daniels I don't have writers block. I don't believe in it. If I get to a point in a story I need to think over before writing. I think it over or move to another part of the story I'm ready to write. If you are truly working on your story, you are thinking about it while you clean, or while sitting at a red light, just before you sleep. If you do this daily, you will be ready to write more than not.
Steven Daniels Just start writing. Research if you need to before getting started. Don't worry about a clean or perfect first draft, just get it down on paper or the computer screen. Second and third drafts are for cleaning it up.
Steven Daniels My primary focus is book two of Cassidy's Blues. I have a few other stories I have worked on but the will come later.
Steven Daniels Kella, my daughter and co-creator of Cassidy's Blues, came up with the character we named Cassidy. She wanted Cassidy to be someone with empathy and had a desire to be nice to others. I made Cassidy's world fantastical, being a fantasy and supernatural author.
