When I studied French and Wolof, I felt like I was missing a tool. I then studied Tunisian Arabic using the Growing Participator Approach (GPA). As I followed this process, I realized what was missing when I studied French and Wolof.
So much time is lost when we translate between languages as we study them. GPA eliminates translation from language study, yet is not available in all places or for all languages. I wanted to make it available to everyone!
In order to do this, I needed a ton of images. This is when I started drawing. As I did, the Wordless Language Learning Guide started to form! While it is not 100% GPA, it applies similar techniques. Introducing concepts to learners with images rather than translation. It's a guide that anyone can use to teach or learn a language!
