How did you balance so many characters while still giving them individuality and adequate page time?

Louise Everett Hi Ava! Great question. I actually had a lot of trouble with this at first. I found keeping an outline beside me while I write helped. Some characters aren't seen as much as others but they still deserve their own moment.
