I'll jump into a discord that hosts a Sprinto bot and run a sprint. Racing the countdown to see how many words I can type or how many words per minute I can go motivates me to at least write a little bit each day.

Write. It doesn't matter if you are writing a paragraph in a journal or working on a 150k word manuscript. Each day go write something. Especially on the days were you don't feel like writing.

I help myself get inspired to write by doing a number of things depending on my mood. If I'm currently working on a scene that I feel has an upbeat or fast tempo then I'll put on music. If it an emotional scene I usually don't like any noise around me so I can concentrate.
