In the last few years I have experienced the ups and downs of senior life. On the upside, since retiring from my full time job as a professor, I have had the chance to enjoy a second career as an actress, and the time to do such things as exercise, attend plays and concerts and do things with friends on a daily basis and enjoy more travel.
On the downside, my husband experienced multiple health problems. I had to learn how to deal with those, as well as loss. I learned so much the hard way and I decided to try to help others by sharing what I learned.
