I'm trying to writer a novel about climate change - and as part of that, a story about the value of protest and of living simply. I've got the setting and the main characters, and I can't shake wither out of mind. The challenge is to get the structure right: to condense this huge, global issue to something that is personal yet still true to the scale of the world.
