When do you anticipate Twisted Lies will come out?
Georgia Blake Hi Michelle! First, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate that so much!

I am a little more than halfway through Twisted Lies. I was hoping to have it to my editor by the end of the month, but life stuff happened (as it always seems to). Now I have a date with the editor in June. I'm hoping to release in early September.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Georgia Blake Hogwarts. I'd learn to be a witch, of course! I'm a total Hufflepuff.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Georgia Blake I get out paper, and I brainstorm in outline format.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Georgia Blake I love when someone reads my novel and sends me a message about a certain part they loved or that shocked them. Those tidbits are what keep me going.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Georgia Blake As my favorite writer, Penelope Douglas says, "If you would want to read it, someone else will, too." So don't be discouraged about people not liking what you write. Write for your joy. Write for the joy of your target audience.

What are you currently working on?
Georgia Blake I am working on Devious Lies, book 2 of the Twisted Billionaires series. This is Kate's story.

How do you get inspired to write?
Georgia Blake My 6th grade English teacher, Mrs. Biles, cultivated my love of writing. I was a terrible student: unmotivated with a processing disorder. Nothing academic came easily to me. I didn't even get good at reading until middle school. Then I read everything I could get my hands on: fantasy, science fiction, mystery, everything but horror. Reading really brought out my own ideas and creativity.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Georgia Blake I love all the billionaire romances, but I wanted a hot anti-hero and a remote island, so the female lead couldn't get away. The story came together organically after that.
