I've struggled with anxiety for over 3 decades. It wasn't until 2018 that I finally sought answers and received a diagnosis of chronic General Anxiety Disorder. Through my healing I found that taking small moments of my day, and being intentional with them, helped me not to become overwhelmed and allowed me to combat my anxiety head on.
