The truth is, everything I've written so far has come from personal mysteries.

In the cold, suffocating dampness of the crypt she turned to face herself. And there she was.

That one's easy :) I tend to work on two or three book ideas at once, as well as music and other projects. As long as I keep juggling, the work flows - each project feeds the others.

Audible and print versions of Running Cold and the Audible WiZrD are due this spring and fall (2017)...but there is something else in the works...will talk more about that soon!

Hi Jennifer - glad you asked! WiZrD, my first, is still out there in hardcover and paperback on Amazon and Barnes&Noble and the e-book is available for the Kindle and on iTunes thanks to Macmillan. I'm currently narrating the audio version of Running Cold, and expect that and the paperback to be available in March 2017. Right now RC is Kindle only, but the nook version should be coming soon. WiZrD's fairly long...so I probably won't tackle the audio/Audible version until later in the year - likely October/November.

Hi Marilyn,
Not yet! But...it will very soon be available in an audio-book format :). Really crazy for me reading my book out loud - but I'm getting help from my friend Neil Shaw who has done it for years - so that helps!

I’m fascinated by the crossover between people who develop battle skills through mental challenges like computer games and those who practice those skills through physical games, as winter pentathletes and biathletes do. In Urban Limit, the main characters are twins who represent opposite sides of that coin. My daughter, who slaughtered me constantly in video games, but who also lettered in 4 sports in high school, was certainly an influence. But another influence is Oregon itself, where you’re always footsteps away from a beautiful wilderness that can turn deadly on a dime...

This is such a true statement here and Oregon and also most of the Pacific Northwest. In this part of the country one never knows what Mother Nature has in her mind or how she is going to behave. Even in the cities, there are most beautiful places of forest land.
