Rei Fujishima Silence filled the dark room until it didn't, a dull tapping noise against my closet door breaking it. The tapping changed to the sound of nails scrapping against wood, the door handle began to twist.
Rei Fujishima Probably not what you are wanting to hear but I don't have any. Every time I read a book I get frustrated that someone else has published their dream book and my book is still needing more work. I sometimes will give in and read light novels from time to time though, and one of my favorite mangas is Horimiya. The last light novel I read was So I'm a Spider, So What?
Rei Fujishima I have been writing for over fifteen years. I've only recently published a book. Usually when I hit a block I will go and write on a different book of mine that I'm interested in. This means I have about a hundred stories ranging anywhere between twenty pages to five hundred pages. They are all based on completely different concepts and ideas.
Rei Fujishima I'm currently editing the second book in my book series Twisted Heritage. I have two more books that need editing as well. So when I finish the current edit and I'm waiting for the edits to come back on the second book, I will move on and start my final edit for my third book. I would like to get all three books out before June.
Rei Fujishima I don't really remember. Usually I get a one sentence concept in my mind. I had this image of a dark elf girl on a roof top being bugged by a human girl hunter. That was the whole idea of the story. What came from that sentence is something completely different.
Rei Fujishima Wanting to see what will happen next in my stories. My stories write themselves. I may sort of know where the story is going but I don't really know what happens along the way.
Rei Fujishima The best thing about being a writer is being able to make the stories that you would want to read. I would always lament about how the sort of books I wanted to read didn't exist but it felt as though writing a book would be too hard. Now, I constantly read my books because at the end of the day, I'm mostly writing for myself, however I would love it if others could find joy in my stories as well.
