Nick Doms I always write or edit in a very structured way. I commit 4 hours per day to do just that and I always stick to my structure. Even if I do not write during this allocated daily time, I still commit do doing something else related to my book, be it rereading, editing, correcting, etc.
That daily commitment always helps and avoids the frustration of not writing or being able to write.
