No question it would be Middle Earth. I'd start my adventure in The Shire with some down-home cooking with the hospitable and mirth-filled Hobbits. From there, I'd enjoy a long weekend in Rivendell walking under the starlight and soaking in the enchanting elvish songs. Before heading home to reality, I'd swing through Edoras to visit The Golden Hall and enjoy the bustling city of Minas Tirith.
