Eugene, thanks for your interest in my textbooks! A&P/10e is the college version and Anthony's Textbook of A&P/21e is the high school version. The college version has additional material (such as a photo atlas of the body, a guide to the language of science and medicine, and various online resources such as audio pronunciations, and more. My understanding is that the high school version does not have these features. The college version is available as a binder-ready version (with or without the eBook version included). I believe the high school version is available only as hardbound. Because of different intended markets, each is available only from certain sales channels. It's best to contact Elsevier Publishing to get more specific information about the differences.

Currently, I'm working on a revision to Anatomy & Physiology, a popular textbook covering human structure and function. This will be the 10th edition. I'm also getting a team together to revise my book Structure & Function of The Human Body, which will get underway soon.
