Andy Graham I'm working on a book about the data quality. At the moment collecting stories that show the impact of bad data or misunderstood data, such as the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus, which was a miscalculation for Columbus.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Andy Graham Always been interested in history and thought it would be interesting to combine my work life (ie data) with this interest, and hey presto we have a new book called 'A Brief History of Data'
