Kathy Brandt If you want to publish, you must be persistent. First you must sit down and write, spend plenty of time rewriting and revising, find reliable people to critique and edit your work, and when it's ready, get it published. Sounds easy huh???
Kathy Brandt I took a hiatus after finishing the memoir, Walks on the Margins,which I wrote with my son, Max. Now I'm back at it, writing the 5th Hannah Sampson mystery.
Kathy Brandt I sit down at my computer and write. Sometimes the writing is awful and sometimes it's good but at least I'm writing and I know that I can weed out the material that isn't working.

Really, I don't believe in writer's block. I don't think other serious authors do either. We know it's a process and what it takes to produce--sweat, tears, and bloody pages ;-)
