Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Mabel Katz My ideas come from my own experiences, living testimonials from people, and my new insights. As I travel and teach, I am gaining more insights, becoming more clear, conscious and aware.

How do you get inspired to write?
Mabel Katz There are moments...I just feel it, but like I said earlier, I get my inspiration from my experiences, my travels, my presentations.

What are you currently working on?
Mabel Katz I am currently travelling through Latin America and Spain, sharing my Zero Frequency® system (based on Ho'oponopono) with everybody. From businessmen to prison inmates, to teens and children. I recently spent some time with the victims of the floods in Lima and spoke to thousands of young students in Puebla, Mexico.

I had the honor to close the event at Being One Forum in Madrid, a mass event that reunited 16 best-selling authors from around the world.

I'm always also eager to spread the word about my world peace campaign "Peace Within is World Peace," and I recently had an unforgettable encounter with Pope Francis in Rome. A presentation at the Congress in Bogota, Colombia, and a conference with multi ethnic audiences in the Middle East.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Mabel Katz To trust themselves; that they can do it. If they believe that they can do it, they can do it. So, they need to believe in themselves, and every time they have those limiting thoughts, "I'm not good enough," "I don't know if I can do this," "Maybe this is not for me," "I'm not going to make any money," ... they should just say 'Thank you' or 'I love you' to those thoughts, let go, and keep going!

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Mabel Katz The possibility of changing lives, in my case...connecting with people at a completely different level; people that I don't even know.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Mabel Katz I just don't write. I just write when it flows. I allow inspiration; it's easier if I do it from inspiration. I cannot force it. So, I wait, and I am patient. Sometimes, I just sit down and write something in an hour, which could have taken me a month without inspiration. So, I just go with the flow. Thank you.
