I take a break and go do something else. You have to rest the mind at times from overthinking things. We tend to get to wrapped up in the characters and they do take over. In that case, break the cycle. Go for a walk, to the mall or the store. Clear your head and maybe, you'll free up that block that really wasn't anything but too much thinking.

I get to write about whatever and whoever I want. One character can be a pure snob with a broken heart wishing for the love their best friend has. Another can be loving and giving but if provoked the wrong way, will bring out the absolute fool in their spirit. There are no rules or limits or boundaries in my world. You can do it all!
