How do you deal with writer’s block?

Mitchell Kusy I once worked with a highly toxic individual who created havoc for many, including yours truly. She wore a special perfume. Five years after she left the organization, I was in an elevator and smelled that special perfume and got sick to my stomach...reliving all the torment she caused me and others. Others told me similar, revealing stories. I then conducted a national research study with my colleague to understand this better with over 400 participants in our study....94% of the 400 in the study reported working with a toxic person! The rest is history, as they say.
