Bobby D. Lux I hope so. I'd really like to revisit that world. I've been working on other projects for the last few years that have taken up my time. That said, Fritz and the gang never stray too far from my mind.
Bobby D. Lux My brain, most likely. Or experiences. Or both. Or a random, dumb thought I had that leads me down a rabbit hole.
Bobby D. Lux Nothing personal, Goodreads, but I don't talk about what I'm currently working on. To no one. No exceptions.

Two reasons. One: That baby is very sensitive to outside influence, good and bad.

Two: I don't want to give myself of telling the story via conversation, email, text, etc., because it gives me a false sense of accomplishment for telling the tale and the writing loses its sense of urgency for me.
Bobby D. Lux The answer you're supposed to say is to push through and keep going and, you know, that works most of time and is a great way to get through.

For me, when I hit the point where it starts getting difficult to write and I'm pausing too much between sentences, I trudge forward a little bit more and then I take a break. I'll read, play a video game, watch a movie, but most likely, I'll pick something up for a little bit and read it.
