So many! I've read some great advanced copies! Emma In the Night by Wendy Walker, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Every Last Lie by Mary Kubica, The Book of Summer by Michelle Gable, and so many more! I could go on and on!

Hmmm... that's an interesting question! A few years ago back, while waiting to board a plane to London, my husband left to get a neck pillow and was gone for over thirty minutes, causing me to come up with several different scenarios of what might have happened to him. He eventually showed back up (he was just being REALLY slow!), but it made my mind start to spin. What if he hadn't come back? What if he had boarded another plane, maybe even with another woman? What if he had a whole other life I didn't know about? These thoughts led to a brainstorming session with Lisa that made us realize we really wanted to write suspense, and and eventually to the plot of THE GOOD WIDOW.

Hi! What a great question! I'd have to say Rachel and Dex from SOMETHING BORROWED. I love them!

Hi! Thank you! So happy you enjoyed it! We came up with the story after many discussions about the pitfalls of social media--how sometimes how other people portrayed their lives made us feel bad about our own. And how Facebook had begun to change the way we think about things. We wanted to explore what would happen if a woman who lived her entire life on Facebook was publicly humiliated on it--how far would she go to protect her online persona?

Hi there! No, we aren't, but I think that the spirit of their friendship is reflected in our own. I don't see much of myself or Lisa in Jules or Kate, but there are so many traits in their friendship I see in our own--loyalty, trust and kindness. :)

Thank you for your kind words! We came up with the concept because we found we each had a Facebook "nemesis", a person we actually liked, but their perfect posts made us feel badly about our own lives. Of course, rationally we understood that their lives weren't as perfect as the filtered pictures they posted online. But, still! It made us think about how social media has changed how we view others, and ourselves. And that led us to the concept of TSOAT. Thank you for your question! xoxoxo

Music! I love slow, moody music when writing. My faves: Missy Higgins, Greg Laswell, and many of the sings they feature on the show Nashville. (I know, I'm a dork! But I love it!)

We just turned in THE STATUS OF ALL THINGS for release in 2015. It's about a social media obsessed woman who realizes she can change her life magically with her Facebook statuses.

Just keep writing. And make sure to listen to feedback---I know, it's hard to hear, but it's a very important part of the process.

I love being able to put on my headphones and escape into whatever world we've created. And when people connect to what we've written--there's no better feeling!
