Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Donna Gordon I had been a volunteer at Camp Sunshine in Maine and met a boy who had Progeria. I had also done a documentary photography project with Amnesty international, "Putting Faces on the Unimaginable: Portraits and Interviews with former prisoners of conscience. Somehow characters from both worlds came together to fuel the writing of What Ben Franklin Would Have Told Me.
