If you want to write because you love it, then write what you love. If you want to write to make money, figure out what the readers love and write for them. As a writer, there are themes that I love, but writing what you love doesn't always equate to writing for a living. If you want to make a lot of money, be willing to write what you don't enjoy reading or writing, but because its what the majority of readers want to see.

Creating worlds where people are happy. Taking the reader on an incredible journey in overcoming great obstacles. Helping people to imagine they are the heroine or hero of that novel and what it would feel like to be there.

The donut I'd eaten this morning decided to dance around my stomach, crawl gurgling through my intestines, and crawl steadily down the tunnel to the outside world after turning itself into a cottage cheese-like, foulsmelling amoeba hell-bent on escape. Eyeing the distance to the red flag on the beach indicating the nearest restroom and knowing I wasn't going to make it, I still plowed forward in the burning soft sands with an eyelock on that blue door and praying at the same time that no one would notice when I lost the battle.

I read all the time. I have a kindle on my phone and I read when waiting everywhere. Currently, I'm working on Jana Deleon's Miss Fortune murder mysteries. If you like Janet Evanovich, you will love this series. It is hilarious and the author's sense of humor is laugh-out-loud funny. I also am reading the Defying the Gods series, of which I have a book in it. Plus other books at different times.

My most recent book published is Staking His Claim. The most recent written, which hasn't been published, is A Stubborn Woman. My mind wanders a lot as I'm doing mundane things and I hit upon the idea of what would happen if someone were to find themselves married but didn't how it happened? It just expanded from there.
As for A Stubborn Woman, I'm not sure how folks will like that book because my hero actually starts out in a wheelchair and my heroine inspires him to change his circumstances by being, what else? Stubborn!
Not sure how readers would relate to a hero in a wheelchair. I quite like him myself, he is still very alpha and dominant. However, it is an issued and not what readers normally like to fantasize about.

I've always loved making up stories and writing. I just didn't get published until I started writing romance with a little discipline in it for the heroine. So much fun! I fell in love with alpha heroes. Of course I loved that style book long before I started writing it.

My main project at the moment is to get all my books published once again. They need a new home and have been unavailable for a long time. Beyond that, I'm working on finishing a pirate series, the first two books are written and will be out once again, and I'm working on the third one in my Revenge Series. I'm also working on my western series, Thorn novels. I have three and am in the process of starting a fourth.
