Hi Linda--
Thanks so much for writing! I'm working on Mary's next adventure right now. Should be out sometime next year. Check out my Facebook page for further updates. So happy you enjoy my work!

Hi Linda--
Thanks so much for your question, and your kind words about Mary Crow. She is a composite--someone whose strength and compassion came through a lot of painful experiences--the death of her mother and being an outsider in both the Cherokee and white worlds. She treasures her friends because she knows what it's like not to have friends and she's obsessed with justice because she knows how it feels when justice is elusive. Mary is much smarter and braver than me, but we do both play tennis. Also, I would like to have her black Miata! Again, thanks for writing and I hope you enjoy "Judgment of Whispers" which comes out tomorrow.

I absolutely agree with you about Mary Crow. So many of us relate to her because she fights the demons from within and the demons from outside as she tries to find a foothold in life. Mary lights the candle in the darkness and tries to keep it burning for others. Have already ordered my Judgment of Whispers. Please keep 'em coming!
