The times they are a' changin'. We're living in an era of greater transparency - at least as regards the government's investigations. Now, I don't expect that startling answers will be revealed. But I think the government is prepared to acknowledge that there were - and will be - things they just couldn't understand out there. Again - no smoking guns.
