For the past 10 years I have been involved with Pennhurst State School & Hospital for their annual Halloween events. The Mayflower Hall is where I have spent most of my time. The building is truly haunted. It's crazy what I have seen in there. I have written two books about my experiences at Pennhurst. My new book Asylum, although fiction, is based on some of the real history of Pennhurst. I have walked the creepy tunnels beneath the huge complex - a place that can stir anyone's imagination.

The best advice someone gave me is to write everyday, even if its for 10 minutes. You need to make the time. Support groups are great for keeping you aimed towards your goals.
