If I have writers block for a book I just write another book or listen to more music. I'll have something eventually I try not to think to hard about it or force anything.

Just write, It doesn't matter if it makes sense of it doesn't fit with what you have in mind. When I wrote Lucky it was all over the place until I found a flow to it. Even if you don't use it for that book you can use it for something else.

My most recent book is based off a song. Most of my books are so you'll see the artist mentioned a lot through the book.
