The Newsletter Tips page on my website has always been a top hit on Google and is included in a classic text on public relations writing that's used in 80 universities. I'm working on a book about newsletter development.

When the first edition was written, smartphones, tablets and social media didn't exist. This second edition updates the entire book, has a full chapter on social media. The text has links to 300 online resources. The TOC finishes with a list of direct links to 150 subtopics. The Kindle format lets you have this second edition in your pocket, read it on your commute, find a subtopic you want within seconds.
