Susan Glickman I would go to the Oxford of The Golden Compass and find out what my daemon is, or to Hogwarts to discover my patronus.

Susan Glickman Whatever happened to my Great Uncle Sam Nagley, who disappeared hiking in the Austrian Alps. You can read about him in my novel The Violin Lover!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Susan Glickman Safe as Houses was inspired by my dog Toby running off barking during a walk and me thinking morbidly, "I hope he doesn't dig up a dead body."

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Susan Glickman I always have at least two projects going at once - a poetry ms and a fiction ms - so I can move back and forth between them. So I never have writer's block.
