Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
Stephanie Vlahos I live alone, and when I left the house to go out for dinner, I locked the door and turned on the lights, per usual. When I returned, the door was wide open and the house lights were out.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Stephanie Vlahos Well, come on, The Hobbit. What's not to like? Little hobbit houses in a friendly communal village, it touches on why I liked the book, "Heidi," as a child.
